Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
Yes! Our products are all vegan and cruelty free which means we do not test on animals at any stage of our product development. All of our vendors we work with also uphold these same standards.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in an FDA-approved facility in Canada.
How long do my products last?
NITYA BALANCE: 12 months after opening
NIRVANA GLOW: 12 months after opening
NEER 360: 12 months after opening

How should I store my products?
Store products in a cool and dry place.

Are there any shipping costs?
For all orders over $65, we offer free shipping.
For orders under $65, the shipping cost will depend on the package's weight and destination, as calculated by the courier service at checkout. You will be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@nisvaskincare.com. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@nisvaskincare.com and we will contact the shipping company.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. If you want us to expand to other countries, tag us on our social media handle @nisvaskincare to help us prioritize.
When will my order ship?
Please give us 2-4 business days to process the order for shipping. Once shipped we will email you delivery updates.
What’s your return policy?
As a small business we offer refunds on any unopened, undamaged, unused products in their original packaging within 10 days. Please email us at info@nisvaskincare.com to let us know if you are unsatisfied with the purchase. We advise you to read the product description and ingredient label carefully before ordering. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our dedicated return policy page, for further details
