Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and external factors such as holidays or carrier delays.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 within the mainland United States. Unfortunately, this offer does not extend to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories, where standard shipping rates apply.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are working to expand our services and will update our policy when international shipping becomes available.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately at info@nisvaskincare.com so we can make it right. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your shipment is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
