RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY

1. Returns

You have 10 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label. If we provide a prepaid return label for non-defective returns, the amount will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
